Nana Afua Pomaa Frimpong is a results-driven HR Practitioner with over 15 years of experience managing end-to-end human resource functions, including recruitment, training, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
She holds an MSc in Management and Human Resource Strategy from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and a BA in Social Science from University of Cape Coast.

As a leader of the Women’s Forum in her , she has successfully mentored many girls.

Her passion for child development, girls’ empowerment, and safeguarding makes her a strong advocate for the vision of Dels Foundation.
