Comfort Glikpo

Comfort Glikpo is a Ghanaian social entrepreneur, youth activist, and advocate for sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR). She is the Founder and Executive Director of Dels Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women and girls through comprehensive sexual and reproductive health education, mentorship, and youth development programs.
Through flagship initiatives such as the Pride of Being a Girl Project, she has led impactful campaigns on menstrual health education and organized youth-centered conferences that equip young people with the knowledge and confidence to thrive in their communities. Her work focuses on closing opportunity gaps and nurturing the leadership potential of the next generation.
Comfort holds a Master of Arts in Public Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and English from the University of Ghana. She also earned a certificate in Community Development Leadership from the Coady Institute and a certificate in NGO Operations and Project Management from the Cambridge Centre of Excellence. She is a Fellow of the Young African Leadership Initiative and a member of the Commonwealth Youth Council.
