Comfort Glikpo
Founder/ Executive Director
Comfort is a social change maker, Social Entrepreneur and youth activist, with interest in young generations, an activist of sexual reproductive health issues. She is a youth mentor and coach. She mentors many young people and help them develop vital skills to impact their Communities. She is the founder of Dels Foundation, a nongovernmental organization with the aspiration to fill in the gap by empowering women and girls to through Sexual Reproductive health education, to harness the potentials of the youth through mentoring programs. She organizes many conferences on SRHR, Education on Menstrual Hygiene through the Pride of Being A Girl Projects which is making a lot of impacts in the lives of many young people Comfort Glikpo has a Master of Arts Degree in Public Affairs from the Political Science Department of the University of Ghana and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology and English also from the University of Ghana. She also holds a certificate in Community development leadership from the Coady Institute in Canada and a certificate in NGO Operations and Project Management from the Cambridge Institute. She is a fellow of the young African leadership network and a member of the commonwealth youth council
Patience Senyon
Co- Founder
Patience Senyon is a mentor, a trainer, a coach, and a Caterer by profession; she has worked with various Women’s group and is currently the President of the Royal ladies Club. She has trained and empowered many young girls who are now economically empowered. Having experienced life in the slum of Accra while helping her mother with her business, Patience Senyon saw the lives of many children and young girls wasting away as they engaged in all forms of vices This resonated a strong passion for the welfare of children and girls. It was therefore burdened on her heart to support and educate teenage mother’s whiles supporting their children through school Her passion for supporting and impacting these lives, inspired her to form an all Women Club called Royal Ladies whose main mandate was to mentor these girls and train them to acquire various skills and has seen three of these girls through school
Marmata Miyaki
Monitoring and Evaluation
Marmata is a passionate, dynamic, hardworking, ready to serve person who loves giving back to society in any way she can. She Loves to impact lives and therefore has volunteered on many projects. She is a Chartered Marketer (CIM-UK) and has a B.A in Sociology from the University of Ghana- Legon. Her ambition is to bring the best out every project. She has a flare for proposal writing and has so far managed a lot of projects. She is a sexual and reproductive health Activist
Kwasi Boa –Amponsem
Programme Budget Officer
Kwasi is an Accountant and Financial analyst who has professional experience in financial data collection and analysis He is well abreast with monitoring of financial performance and budgets. He has held a similar role in various organizations where he Monitored allocations and expenditure trends; generated, prepared, financial progress and annual reports. He has a degree from the University of Professional Studies and is currently perusing ACCA
Jonathan Brew
Programmes Coordinator

Jonathan Brew, is a Sexual and Reproductive Health and Right (SRHR) advocate from Ghana, Founder of Informed Choice Foundation Ghana, a Health Educator, a member of Youth Action Movement under Planned Parenthood Association of Ghana and a member of International Youth Alliance for Family Planning (IYAFP). He believes in change through access to the right information.

Over the past 6 years, He has been extensively involved in Behavioral Change campaign among the youth in Ghana. He Holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Population and Family Life from the University of Cape Coast and a Certificate in Youth Sexual and Reproductive Health.

Jonathan is currently the Programs Coordinator for Dels Foundation. He is responsible for coordinating all programs for the foundation and also work to ensure that prospective programs are well designed to make interns and volunteers achieve their placement aims and objectives with the foundation.
